Robin Cottage is in the unspoiled village of Perranuthnoe. Most houses in the village are in a conservation area and the Mounts Bay coast is designated as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. There is a safe, sandy beach with good surf 250 yards from the cottage and an award winning pub/restaurant ‘The Victoria Inn’ nearby.

The cottage was converted from a stone barn originally built around 1870. Downstairs the cottage has 2 bedrooms (one double and the other with two single beds; a travel cot with mattress can be provided) and a modern bathroom.

Upstairs there is an open plan living area giving views of the sea. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for 4 guests (automatic washer dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave). A telephone and Wifi broadband are available for guest use. There is an extensive collection of maps, guide books and books giving information of the local area. For early or late season holidays there are storage heaters to provide heating.

Outside the cottage the courtyard has a marked parking space and lawned area. The cottage gives easy access to the Cornwall Coast Path with spectacular views over St Michael’s Mount. Famous tourist attractions easily reached by car include: St Ives, Mousehole, Lands End, Lizard, Sennen Cove, Godrevy, Porthcurno, Minack Theatre, Falmouth, Truro and St Michaels Mount. The Eden Project is reached in 45 minutes. The Isles of Scilly can be visited by boat from Penzance.

The cottage is available Saturday to Saturday and the weekly charge includes bed linen and towels, electricity and heating. For a 2 week booking we deduct £50 from the total cost. In early or late season special rates are available for 2 week bookings. Prices for 2019 vary from £290 to £680. We regret no pets are allowed.
